1. Agreement
These Terms govern access to and use of Selconn software products, including MyChipStation, trial versions, subscriptions, perpetual licenses, floating licenses, and related services.
2. Products and Licenses
Selconn provides software licenses for MyChipStation and related tools. Available license types may include student subscriptions, education subscriptions, floating licenses, trial licenses, professional perpetual licenses, and maintenance plans.
- Trial licenses are provided for evaluation and may have limited duration, features, seats, or usage rights.
- Subscription licenses provide access during the active paid subscription period.
- Floating licenses allow use by a defined maximum number of authorized seats according to the purchased plan.
- Perpetual licenses allow continued use of the purchased version according to the license terms.
3. License Key and Activation
License keys and entitlement information are issued to the purchaser or authorized user. You may not share, resell, publish, sublicense, or transfer license keys except as expressly permitted by Selconn.
4. Payment and Billing
Prices, billing terms, subscription periods, seat quantities, and maintenance fees are described on the pricing page or in a written quotation. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.
5. Floating Seats
Education Digital and Education Pro plans may be provided as floating licenses with a base number of seats. Additional seats may be purchased according to the applicable pricing.
6. Maintenance
Professional perpetual licenses may offer optional annual maintenance. Maintenance may include updates, maintenance-related support, and access to eligible improvements during the active maintenance period.
7. Acceptable Use
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or bypass license controls except where legally permitted.
- You may not share, publish, rent, lease, resell, or transfer license keys without permission.
- Trial, student, or education licenses may not be used for unauthorized commercial production use.
8. Refunds
Refunds are governed by Selconn's Refund Policy. Approved refunds may require license deactivation, revocation, or removal of access.
