Refund Policy

1. General Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the product purchased, activation status, subscription status, and whether the associated license can be revoked or deactivated.
2. Student Subscription
Student monthly subscriptions may be eligible for refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if the subscription has not been materially abused, shared improperly, or used in violation of license terms.
3. Education Subscriptions
Education Digital and Education Pro subscriptions may be eligible for refund review within 14 calendar days of purchase if there is a verified technical issue or purchase error and the associated licenses can be revoked.
4. Professional Perpetual License
Professional perpetual licenses may be eligible for refund review within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided the issued license can be revoked, deactivated, or otherwise invalidated by Selconn.
5. Maintenance
Annual maintenance purchases or renewals may be eligible for refund review shortly after purchase if maintenance benefits have not already been materially used.
6. Non-Refundable Cases
- Misuse, fraud, charge abuse, or policy violations
- License sharing or unauthorized redistribution
- Requests made outside the applicable review window
- Custom development, consulting, integration, or separately contracted engineering services
